These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Trailblazer Adventures (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the participant (“you”, “client”, “participant”) for all expeditions, courses, and services provided.

By booking, paying a deposit, purchasing a payment plan, or attending any Trailblazer Adventures activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit secures your place but does not confirm your booking until the remaining balance or payment plan is completed.

2.2 Payment Plans

  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to the monthly automatic payments as set out at the time of purchase.

  • Missing or failing payments may result in losing your place on the expedition.

  • All instalments must be completed before attending any expedition.

2.3 Full Payment Deadlines

  • Full payment must be received by the deadline stated for each trip (usually 8–10 weeks before departure).

  • Failure to pay on time may result in losing your place without refund.

2.4 Currency

All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 If You Cancel

Because we commit to accommodation, transport, guiding time, and logistics well in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Deposit: always non-refundable

  • More than 90 days before departure: refund of any fees paid beyond the deposit

  • 60–90 days: 50% refund of total trip cost

  • Less than 60 days before departure: no refund available

Payment plans follow the same timelines — instalments already paid will be treated as part of the total paid.

3.2 If We Cancel

If Trailblazer Adventures must cancel due to reasons within our control, you will receive either:

  • A full refund OR

  • The option to transfer to a new date

We are not responsible for:

  • Flights

  • Insurance

  • Personal expenses

  • Any costs outside of the fee paid directly to Trailblazer Adventures

3.3 Minimum Numbers

Some trips require a minimum number of participants.
If the minimum is not reached, we may cancel or reschedule the trip.
A full refund or transfer option will be provided.

4. Insurance Requirements

You must have valid travel insurance that covers:

  • Personal accident
