2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit secures your place but does not confirm your booking until the remaining balance or payment plan is completed.
2.2 Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to the monthly automatic payments as set out at the time of purchase.
Missing or failing payments may result in losing your place on the expedition.
All instalments must be completed before attending any expedition.
2.3 Full Payment Deadlines
Full payment must be received by the deadline stated for each trip (usually 8–10 weeks before departure).
Failure to pay on time may result in losing your place without refund.
2.4 Currency
All prices are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 If You Cancel

More than 90 days before departure: refund of any fees paid beyond the deposit
60–90 days: 50% refund of total trip cost
Less than 60 days before departure: no refund available
Payment plans follow the same timelines — instalments already paid will be treated as part of the total paid.
